We care about product quality. We provide a warranty on the production and material defects. 

Electric scooters
Goods can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase.

In accordance with Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase. Please note that only a new product that has not been used and has no signs of use, namely: scratches, scuffs, dirt, and other damage that creates an unmarketable appearance, is subject to exchange or return. Warranty conditions for the exchange and return of goods:

  • the presence of a cash or sales receipt;
  • the product has not been used, there are no dents, chips, scratches, cracks, impact marks, bends, etc.;
  • the product has a complete set (indicated in the instruction manual);
  • the package has not been damaged;
  • labels and manufacturer's markings are preserved.

If the product does not work or has significant defects (factory defects), the return occurs only if there is a conclusion of an authorized employee of the PROOVE service center that the operating conditions are not violated. The warranty card specifies:

  • model;
  • serial number;
  • warranty period;
  • date of sale of the product.

Please keep the warranty card for all the warranty period to get free warranty maintenance.

Warranty period
  • The warranty period for the product is 1 year and it does not extend to the battery and consumables.
  • Tires and tubes are consumable parts, so the warranty period for these parts is 1 month.
  • The warranty period for the battery is 6 months.
Reasons for refusing free warranty service:
  • the presence of mechanical or other damage caused by the buyer's or other people's intentional or careless actions; 
  • violation of the rules of operation; 
  • unauthorized repair or modification of the product's internal components, design, or scheme;
  • the product's serial number has been changed, is missing, or cannot be identified;
  • accidental damage (defects due to the fault of the buyer or other people);
  • damage that arose as a result of improper use (did not adhere to the temperature regime, stored in a humid or dusty place, subjected to mechanical damage or foreign objects getting inside the case);
  • damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the power grid;
  • damage caused by the use of the product for other purposes or violation of the rules of operation;
  • inconsistency of information on the warranty documents;
  • use of third party consumables;
  • damage due to natural disasters;
  • a malfunction occurred as a result of long-term operation in the rain or in puddles.

Accessories for scooters
Warranty obligations do not apply if you lose the warranty card, or if it expires by the time you contact the warranty service.
Period
3 months from the invoice date for manufacturing defects and 14 days for aesthetic defects
Conditions
100% exchange for factory defects and aesthetic defects. A factory defect is the inability to use the accessory for its intended purpose: the pump does not pump, the zipper does not fasten, etc.
Glasses and films
Warranty obligations do not apply if the warranty period expires by the time you contact the warranty service.
Warranty terms for protective glasses: ACHILLES, WAVE Dust-Proof, WAVE Privacy.
Period
12 months from the date of invoice for manufacturing defects*, 14 days for damage resulting from transport to the customer.
Conditions
  • The client can return up to 100% of the protective glasses, provided that the package and plastic backing are present.
  • Broken glasses that were damaged due to use are accepted at 10% within one item according to the accumulative system, but only if the packaging and a plastic backing are provided.
  • Broken glasses that were damaged due to transportation to the client are accepted within 14 days from the date of sale (if there are no indications of gluing and the packaging and plastic backing are provided).
Warranty terms for protective glasses: Blade Pro, Pixel, WAVE Edge to Edge, 4D 360, Full Screen HQ, Full Glue HQ, protective glasses 0.26mm, protective film for MacBook.
Period
12 months from the date of invoice for manufacturing defects*, 14 days for damage resulting from transport to the customer.
Conditions
  • The client can return up to 100% of the protective glasses, provided that the package (tech. pack with the original sticker) and plastic backing are present.
  • Broken glasses that were damaged due to transportation to the client are accepted within 14 days from the date of sale (if there are no indications of gluing and the packaging (tech. pack with the original sticker) and plastic backing are provided).
*This refers to any non-compliance of the product with the declared characteristics, the quality of the adhesive base or the oleophobic coating, the mismatch of cutouts for sensors, speaker, camera, etc., factory defects associated with the presence of foreign objects between the glass and the backing, defects associated with the aesthetic characteristics of the glass, and others.
Cases

Conditions
100% exchange for factory defects and aesthetic defects. Factory defect: the size does not match, the buttons are not pressed, the cutouts do not match. Aesthetic defects: scratches, mechanical defects of the case.
Tech. accessories and Audio
Warranty obligations do not apply if you lose the warranty card, or if it expires by the time you contact the warranty service.
Perod
6 months from the supplier's invoice date
Conditions
  1. Technical accessories (car chargers, wall chargers, power banks, USB cables, smartwatches, portable speakers, flash drives, etc.): products with factory defects are accepted, that were not in use by the end consumer.

  2. Wireless earphones A+ With Sensor New (art. 27242): this item is covered by a guarantee for the end user in the amount of 5% of the number of purchased headphones.

    These warranty conditions are valid for invoices from 12/1/2020 inclusive.

    Returns will only be accepted if the earphones come with a complete kit:

    • • earphones;
    • • package with a sticker;
    • • supplied cable.

    The warranty does not cover earphones with mechanical damage.

NORTH EDGE wristwatches (in assortment)
Warranty obligations do not apply if you lose the warranty card, or if it expires by the time you contact the warranty service.
Period
30-day end-user manufacturing defect guarantee valid 6 months from the date of the supplier's invoice
Conditions

Products with manufacturing defects are accepted for return, subject to the following conditions:

  1. 1) There are no signs of mechanical damage and design modifications on the product.
  2. 2) The complete set has been preserved:
    • • wristwatch;
    • • package with a sticker;
    • • user manuals;
    • • protective packaging accessories;
    • • the battery or the charging cable (depending on the model).

Baseus technical accessories (in assortment)
Warranty obligations do not apply if you lose the warranty card, or if it expires by the time you contact the warranty service.
Period
12-months warranty for manufacturing defects
Conditions

Goods with factory defects that have not been used by the end user are accepted for return, subject to the following conditions:

  1. 1) There are no signs of use;
  2. 2) The supplier's marking on the packaging (sticker) is preserved;
  3. 3) The complete set has been preserved

Proove brand audio accessories
Warranty obligations do not apply if you lose the warranty card, or if it expires by the time you contact the warranty service.
Period
  • pre-sale: 1 year from the date of the supplier's invoice
  • for the end user: 1 year from the date of the sales receipt.
Conditions

Goods with manufacturing defects are accepted for return, subject to the following conditions:

  1. 1) The absence of traces of mechanical impact, water impact, or design modification;
  2. 2) The complete set is preserved, incl. packaging with a sticker, instructions, cables, etc.;
  3. 3) A document confirming the sale is available (supplier invoice for pre-sales guarantee, sales receipt for end-user guarantee).

Plotters
Warranty obligations do not apply if you lose the warranty card, or if it expires by the time you contact the warranty service.

Provision required:

Conditions

The warranty covers manufacturing defects (malfunctions that occurred during operation in accordance with the ''User's Manual'').

The seller provides a replacement plotter while the buyer's plotter is under service, after diagnostics by the seller. The repair period can be up to 21 business days. In the event of the non-repairability of the buyer's device, the seller provides an exchange of the device for a new one with a note in the warranty card.

Rules for accepting returns
Rules for accepting returns of mobile accessories:
 
*All returns are shipped at the customer's expense. 
Shipping information:

*It is mandatory to  specify  the reason for return on each item, in case of not specifying the reason for the return, the return is not accepted.
*The product that has been in use will not be accepted.
*If an other suppliers' product is found  – ALL package is returned back to the customer.
*Mandatory:
• preservation of the marketable appearance of the package
• absence of price tags, stickers, extraneous inscriptions on the product packaging / the product itself
• a complete set of the product is provided.
